I love your style and color! It's brilliant and very complimentary. I like how your background contrasts with your subject and how detailed the drawing is. Your anatomy job is fantastic, the muscle tone in the arms is great. I have a difficult time with eyes, and I like how you've managed to keep them mostly proportionate. I also love how detailed your jewelry is. I love how it compliments her long neck and how you used simple beads on the strand. The delicacy and detail of the lace is amazing. I hate drawing lace because its time consuming but you did a great job. The design is simplistic yet detailed.  I like how there is a common flow through the piece that is both intricate and simple. Overall, I think this is an excellent piece, great job!
